Cancellation Policy
A 50% booking deposit is required for bookings over $60 or 1 hour.
48 hours cancellation notice is required for all bookings between 5-7pm weekdays, Saturdays or any appointments lasting longer then 1 hour. 24 hours notice all other times. Deposit is fully refundable if this criteria is met.

Confirmation
All appointments need to be confirmed the day before. Saturday appointments need to be confirmed 48 hours before. If we do not receive confirm we can not guarantee your appointment
Optional Extras
Gift Vouchers
Give the gift of skin good enough to eat with an elegantly presented gift voucher. If you are unable to come to our salon to purchase the voucher we can organise to have it posted out to you or directly to the recipient. Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Please refer to cancellation policy when redeeming gift vouchers.
